In ServiceNow’s Business Continuity Management application you can associate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) with processes, applications, departments, etc. The definitions of what can be associated with the application are called Element Definitions and in this video I show where those relationships are configured and how you can create new Element Definitions based on your requirements. #servicenow #businesscontinuity #preparedness #cmdb
