Issue Groups and Parent-Child Relationships with Automation

In this video I show how to group issues in Governance Risk and Compliance or Integrated Risk Management in ServiceNow. While I can’t find a way to do this from a Workspace, I do show in this video how to find two unrelated issues and GROUP them so that when the PARENT issue is closed, all of the CHILD issues are closed with the appropriate resolution information. #servicenow #riskmanagement #policymanagement #compliancemanagement #issuemanagement
