In this video I show my solution for getting user information synced between Jira and ServiceNow. I say in the video that this is the third and final video, but while editing I noticed an issue so there will be a Part 4. This solution includes a new table to hold ServiceNow and Jira user relationships and a new flow to sync once per week.
