In this video I show the what’s new with issues in the ServiceNow Utah release. Issues have been a feature of Integrated Risk Management or Governance Risk and Compliance prior to the Utah release. Utah brings a new issue architecture that enables issues to be related to multiple records and record types AND brings some automation to add related records.
