ServiceNow Utah brings some welcome improvements to the navigation menu, but also some quirky top menu behavior for me in my PDI. In this video you’ll see the search improvements when searching the All and Favorites menus. I also show some weirdness with the Application Scope picker nearby menu items. And then I’ll show what looks to be a promising Favorites menu improvement that isn’t quite working correctly for me in my PDI with Utah Early Access (holding out that this will improve with General Availability later in March). #servicenow #utah #ui #nextexperience #navigation
