In this video I take you on a Jira and ServiceNow field mapping ADVENTURE! Believe it or not, STORY POINTS are not an out-of-the-box mapped field which I found out while setting up my integration demo recordings. I started the video with it working in one direction (Jira to ServiceNow) and WHILE recording I had to troubleshoot and get it working in the opposite direction (ServiceNow to Jira).
