In this video I show the custom action I created in FLOW DESIGNER that synchronizes a ServiceNow STORY with JIRA when added to a FLOW. The custom action is essentially a SCRIPT step that uses that code provided in the out-of-the-box BUSINESS RULE that fires when a ServiceNow story is created or updated.
