With ServiceNow’s Tokyo release you can now control feedback for ratings and helpful/not helpful at the KNOWLEDGE BASE level. Prior to Tokyo the out-of-the-box option was to disable it platform wide or control the visibility of the features to specific roles. In this video I show the old and the new way to configure feedback control.
