In this video I give an introduction to Data Loss Prevention Incident Response, an application that’s part of Security Operations in ServiceNow. I think this application was released prior to Tokyo, but it was updated and changed in Tokyo and I hadn’t explored it yet. In this introduction I’ll review the Operations Workspace for DLP including the landing page and a DLP incident, some basic actions like assign and escalate, a little bit on incident states and a preview of what’s to come in future videos.
