Over many recent releases ServiceNow has been making strides at improving Natural Language Search (or query). In this video I show a little quirk in what may SEEM like natural language to me versus more DEFINITIVE language to get the results I’m seeking. To illustrate this I use a recent example from a video I recently released that highlighted Intelligent Search for CMDB and my attempt to find virtual machines that were created MORE THAN 1 year ago.
