In this video I show the steps I took to fix my broken Project Workspace in ServiceNow. After upgrading the application to version 3.0 so I could use and show you the new RIDAC capabilities within the workspace, I was no longer able to add/edit any tasks within the workspace. I worked with ServiceNow support and we were able to get it working again. This video details exactly what actions I performed to resolve the issue. Steps taken to repair this issue:
- Repair Project Workspace plug-in
- Repair sn-task-planner plug-in
- Dump server-side cache with cache.do
- Empty/clear browser cache
