I LOVE finding features that I didn’t even know that I MISSED! With Tokyo, you can now use CONDITION BUILDER (or what you probably know as the FILTER FUNNEL) to find RELATED RECORDS in reference lists, even when the column you want to filter on IS NOT on the screen. This is one of those subtle yet so CONVENIENT features that I’m happy to say is now part of the Workspace experience. Watch to see how it use to work in San Diego, how it works in the classic UI and how it NOW works in Tokyo! #servicenow #tokyo #ui #search #filter #workspace
