My goal is to create a ton of content showcasing the new features and functionality that were released as part of ServiceNow’s Tokyo family release. In this video I show you how I’m keeping organized to track and prioritize these features by using the ServiceNow platform to retrieve sitemap documentation and create a database of ServiceNow products, sitemaps, release note pages and features.
