Calendaring and collaboration are probably not what comes immediately to mind when thinking about ServiceNow. However, the ServiceNow Innovation Lab has an app to do exactly that and if you extend the idea to the types of data and work that are tracked in ServiceNow, this can be a powerful collaboration feature.
